the breakfast offered a wide variety of options it catered to different tastes. the location was very convenient a metro station was nearby.
the room lacked sufficient soundproofing i could hear noise from the hallway. the bathroom had limited counter space storage was a challenge.

The hotel sits in a perfect location for exploring. Easy access to transit and plenty of restaurants are nearby. I found the staff very friendly and helpful regarding all requests. They advised on restaurants and directions.
The garden view rooms face a public park. This can result in some street noise during the day.

Acceptable Stay but Some Shortcomings

The room decor felt dated. The bathroom had limited counter space for two people. It was not enough. The staff rarely noticed guests during breakfast service. Hot items were often cold or missing after 9:00 AM. It was a letdown.

central locationgreat quality
I appreciated the hotel's central location. I easily walked to many attractions and restaurants. The room was spotlessly cleaned , and I found the bath towels to be of great quality. A Nespresso machine also proved useful.
I found the parquet floor to be somewhat noisy due to footsteps.

great locationearly noisestaff room
the location was pretty good, i could get to shops and restaurants very easily.
my room was near staff rooms so it was too noisy early. people kept arriving around 6 am and kept coming and going. i wasn't able to sleep in because of that noise.

the location was excellent. it was close to the avenida metro station (i used it a lot!). the room included a coffee machine. i enjoyed having coffee in my room.
the breakfast had some issues. filter coffee ran out around 9:00 am. refilling the scrambled eggs was slow. the bathroom lacked sufficient storage space for two people.
